SUMMER IS COMING!
Don't forget to keep an eye out for emails from the committee about attendance and registration for upcoming events over the summer, sometimes the deadlines are tight and we don't want members to miss opportunities or to miss out having a great display of club cars at the events we are supporting this year.
MESSAGE RE CLUB MEETINGS / GATHERINGS
We have welcomed a number of new members over the last few months, so if you see someone at a meeting or event you don't recognise, please say hello and introduce yourself to them.
THE WHITE HART, HIGH ROAD, ROYDON (near Diss), IP22 5RU (tel: 01379 643597) is the club's current venue for meetings and gatherings. The White Hart has ample off-road parking available.
When a guest speaker is present, the Conservatory will be used as the club meeting room at the White Hart. The White Hart offers a great food menu and a warm welcome - its landlord John Hyde has been both a great supporter and provider to the club since 1994. The aim is to maintain the club's regular (2nd Monday) monthly gatherings/meetings (generally starting around 7.30 p.m.) unless Members are informed otherwise. Attendance in a Lotus is definitely not obligatory!
ARE YOU REGULARLY CHECKING THE CLUB WEBSITE?
The hope is that Members will use our website to check the club activities and events as they are added to it to keep the membership informed. We will update the calendar with events we are supporting as well as those we have added for information, so you can attend if you wish, even if we do not attend as a club.
Finally a reminder about the club website from its webmaster.
