The annual Club barbecue is being held at the White Hart, High Road, Roydon IP22 5RU, from 7.00pm onwards where our host will be our Honorary EALC Life Member John Hyde.
A marquee and dedicated EALC car parking area has been promised. As well as Club members, family members and friends are also welcome.
Main course to comprise homemade burger, sausage, chicken with bread rolls & mixed salad at £12.95.
A vegetarian option is available and also a choice of desserts at £3.95.
Booking and pre payment is required prior to the event and the club will issue separate tickets for Main and Dessert.
The latest date for your orders/payments to be received by Club Treasurer Dave Williams is Monday 17th June.
Please note in the event of any person who has prepaid for their barbecue meal/s and finds they cannot attend for any reason, no refund will be provided if notice is not received by the Club Treasurer by or on Thursday 20th June. This is due to the pre-event management, acquisition and/or preparation of food.
All tickets will be issued by return post.
